My experience has been great so far. Everything was pretty strait forward.

shouldn't get 1 star. I was paying Cubesmart $62.27 per month autopay for 3 months. Then out of the blue i get notified i need to enter new auto pay to 10 Federal Storage and monthly cost was increased to $111 per month. 78% increase. i was one day late on payment since autopay didn't work, they charged a late fee and removed access to my unit forcing me to pay to get access. This was the biggest rip off of my life. Moved to U-haul much better. This property was scary as well. No employees onsite everything run by technology... read more
This company raised our unit rate from 50-150 dollars in 1.5 years. Unacceptable!
