Instructions for entry are vague at best. Some location specific brief instructional videos could be a great asset for this operation IMHO...
I’ve had my unit since last summer before it changed companies. I’m very impressed with how the transition went, honestly I’m not good at always checking my emails so I didn’t even realize it had changed. I’m not sure if it was that seamless on their end, but from a customer standpoint it was perfect. I love the new gate access, it works wonderfully and any questions I have had I was able to get answered right away. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!
Very poor business when they tell you that they are putting in a work order they don’t do it immediately I put in a work order a week ago and they told me that they put it in yesterday and very poor customer support I advise anyone who is looking for a storage unit go somewhere else I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
