Start to finish, The process was very easy
Jake was very helpful and was able to take care of my needs today setting up my new account. However the next day we unloaded items into the unit and when pulling the door down it apparently went off track. It was the weekend so no one was in the office. We ended up having to reload everything back on the vehicle because the door was stuck halfway down. Very frustrating! Shouldn’t there be an emergency number for customers to call on the weekend for instances like this? Update: 10 Federal Storage took over and raised my unit... read more
