Excellent services amazing service my mom loves it
Not a great experience. My guy kept watching football on his phone. He would stop working on my toes to watch the game and almost forgot a step. When done left and never came back to check on me, to take foam toe separators off or help put flip flops on.
I'd like to give this place more than one star. Management definitely needs to go through their chairs and identify ones that should not be used. This was my third visit and will now be my last. The technicians are nice and do a decent job. (except when they're watching some program on their phone and not paying attention to their client's face while they stroke up-and-down my shin like their starting a fire) My toes are OK but my back is killing me.... Bright open friendly good chairs...but wait .. Update 2nd visit. Had to downgrade to 2 stars. Broken chairs, which is half the experience. They didn't even offer a discount or offer to move me to a second chair. Now I'm out 50 bucks and my back hurts.
Always great customer service.
