I used to like this place but just had a weird experience that turned me off. I booked for a regular polish manicure and was put with Cindy. She asked me like 3-4 times about doing hard gel instead and I told her “no just regular, I can’t get hard gel right now”. She then said that regular takes too long to dry and I told her it was okay, I had time. On May 16, 2025 I had Cindy redo my gel nails. This is the first time I had used her. She Used a Dremel to take off the old gel to the point that my nails were paper thin including the nail bed. We are now into September and I cannot get my nails done because They are so thin that all they do is peel by the time they reach the ends of my fingers. I spoke with other people and the same has happened to them at M Vince nail spa. I certainly hope the owner reads this and realizes how much business they have lost from me!

I have gotten a pedicure and manicure from this location! Very clean and luxurious inside and everyone is so nice! Emma did a full acrylic set and I love them so much they are beautiful!!
