I have been a customer of M.T. Pools in Brunswick for many years now and the staff there are very professional and kind. They have helped me keep my pool sparkling clean!!
After checking your website, and seeing that your store in Brunswick Maine was open, I drove all the way there, second time this has happened, only to find a close sign on your store! I have spend a lot of money with you guys, not anymore! I am so sick and tired of showing up to your store that says it’s open, and it’s not! Horrible, horrible service!!!
Wow have not experienced this kind of service in my life, my first pool I bought from MT pools had no issues at all, so I guess there is new ownership. So many problems from day 1, can’t go into it all but the major thing for me was it didn’t pass codes and guess they think I am responsible for that.
