After checking your website, and seeing that your store in Brunswick Maine was open, I drove all the way there, second time this has happened, only to find a close sign on your store! I have spend a lot of money with you guys, not anymore! I am so sick and tired of showing up to your store that says it’s open, and it’s not! Horrible, horrible service!!!
Wow have not experienced this kind of service in my life, my first pool I bought from MT pools had no issues at all, so I guess there is new ownership. So many problems from day 1, can’t go into it all but the major thing for me was it didn’t pass codes and guess they think I am responsible for that. Poor hours. Maybe they gotta hire someone full time or just shut down. It's a dis-service to the community to have such irregular hours. I've been by 4 times and each time they are closed. I will take business elsewhere.
Long overdue review, but this is a great local business that will go above and beyond for their customers. Buy your pool/hot tub products from them instead of shopping online.
