A crew of theirs has done work in my neighborhood and is both dangerously incompetent and disorganized (no flaggers directing traffic where roads are closed, no signage or misleading signage), and rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. One of the workers threatened to assault me and gave me the finger. Another screamed a stream of profanities at me. They are unsafe, uncivil, unprofessional, unwelcome, and certainly to be avoided
