About to sue them because no one will respond to bogus deposit charges and request treble damages. I had the unit cleaned by their cleaner at move-out. I still was charged $1575 for items such as toilet paper holders (broken when I moved in), ants that were in the walls and they refused to address. I did spray for them but they charged me to spray again on move out. The new renters still have ants because they are in the walls and a ground unit below me. Company refuses to respond to why $1285 is a reasonable cleaning fee for a unit after that unit was professionally cleaned and paid for by the renter at move out. In addition, charged by for ring and remote replacements even though the charged items were left in the unit.
I live in a neighborhood where they have rentals and they are absolutely AWFUL to have on your street and I can’t imagine how horrible it is to actually rent from them. Good luck and God bless to anyone having the unfortunate luck to have to be in a residence managed by them.
