The absolute worst management company evveeerrrr!! This property is a joke. The amount of robbery that happens on their property should raise a red flag. The package room gets robbed weekly. When you report it to the leasing office they take no action. When you report it to corporate they take no action. They intentionally decline your application to steal your application fee of more than $300. Do not apply for this apartment. Also, know that they charge more than $200 of water & sewer. There are lots of hidden fraudulent incidental charges. They increased water &sewer charged 200% one month we moved in . So, they entice people with reasonable incidental charges BUT! once you move in, then they increased incidental charges! It is fraudulent.
