Nice location I have a couple friends who live here and absolutely love it. It's in the first hill area, which is conveniently between downtown and capitol hill. It's also right above a pretty sufficient market which is a bit pricey but definitely a nice option when you don't want to make the trip to a major grocery store.
Think Twice Before Signing a Lease Do not be deceived by their cool website. The building is poorly built and managed by less than desirable people (the bitchy women who rarely smile and often look from the corner of their eyes). The carpet in my unit is badly installed. I can feel the tack less strips when I walk close to the wall (i.e. a tack less strip is a long piece of wood with rows of nails sticking up so it can grip the carpet and keep it down).
