They have a great staff and Renee' is the best. She always makes me laugh and her pleasant smile makes me feel welcomed.
Great environment so far only been here a week, most of the neighbors seem very nice. The place looks good, I gave a 4 out of 5 because there has been some issues but most of them were resolved very quickly. Other wise come check it out if your in the market for an apartment! ❤️
I love how close M Station is to uptown. Close to Matthews and shopping. The office and maintenance team is great. No complaints! Love the apartments and Kaci LOVES the dog park!

M Station is awesome. Especially with Marcus Covington being here on the property. He's always attentive to our needs and provides excellent service. He's one of the main reasons me and my wife choose M Station to reside. From the beginning he's been world class.

I've lived Uptown, University, South Charlotte, South End, just about every new apartment community there is. M station has been the BEST thus far. Not over priced and crowded like some of these new properties. The pool and gym are great. The apartment is well insulated and spacious which is a plus for me. Also Marcus in the leasing office has been very helpful since move in. Definitely a good place call home!
I really loved living at MStation. They have many things to offer residents. The staff was always willing to help and always welcoming, especially Marcus!! Great proximity to downtown and NODA area.
