Dear Property Manager, I'm not even sure where to begin with you. I am so seriously disappointed at your performance that I am disgusted with you. Great place to live! Convenient location, great swimming pool.The leasing office is one of the best I have ever seen, especially Marcus Covington! Marcus is always polite and friendly and is willing to help out in any situation and he knows everyone's name! Jessica is also very helpful and friendly! I would HIGHLY recommend M Station
M Station apartments is a great community with a great staff. Marcus is the best property Manager I've seen. Always willing to help and answer questions. Great pet community!! Highly recommend!!
The best part about M Station was the management. Marcus was absolutely awesome to have has a property manager. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and made sure that any issues that arose were immediately and thoroughly handled. The apartments are very nice and new. The only downside was the occasional fire truck leaving the deoartment across the street in the middle of the night, which could be quite loud. Overall a great experience. The only reason my wife and I moved was to be closer to work.
I love EVERYTHING about this place! Moving to anther state was stressful and from the beginning, the property manager Marcus made things easy for me .. from the paperwork, which took no time, to helping me move my things inside as I struggled lol. I've lived many places including a few properties on the south end, but this actually feels like home...
