Hidden charges and still yet to refund my money? Also charged for my service dog in a pet friendly room. Management lied and said refund was on 28th but said he spoke to bank on July 2th so right there he lied. They will still and take your money. Do not stay here
Awful customer service. Takes advantage of their guests, and are unwilling to help resolve problems that arise. We were told there was nobody in charge....
Shady management. Rude. Abrasive and unwilling to help.
Older but just what you need. Clean, great tv and choice of channels and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in (better than some very expensive chains) overall, definitely would stay again
