5 stars- I contacted Jimi on a Saturday with an email and that following Monday morning he called me and set up an appointment. He came out as scheduled , gave me his honest opinion for my needs and did not try to over sell me on any equipment. His installers were great and were very accommodating as we were still operating while they were installing our equipment. They took their time to make sure the install looked as good as it could then spent as much time as was needed to show me a crash course on the using the features... read more
