RecommendedTonight we locked ourselves out of our home handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. M. Spinello was there within 10 minutes and another 10 minutes later we were back in our home!!!! The gentleman was friendly, professional, and was HIGHLY SKILLED!!!! We have a 117yr old home and nothing is ever easy or cheap when it comes to this house, until we called M Spinello that is!!! I would definitely recommend M Spinello & Son to anyone! I was locked out of my apartment in this freeezing weather and their technician Mauro was out to my place within 15 minutes! Great customer service! Definitely will keep their card handy in my wallet at all times.
Needed a set of spare keys for a late model F150. Dealer couldn't make my keys but M. Spinello & Son could. Matthew returned my contact form request and worked with me to get my keys made and they gave me the key cut code in case I need it in the future. Need a laser cut key made....go to M. Spinello & Son, they will take good care of you.
I ALWAYS read reviews but never leave them because I forget to. However, after my experience with M Spinello today, I felt compelled to do so. I have had bad experience with different locksmiths in the past. I did not feel this way at all with M Spinello. Car trouble is the worst and always seems to knock on my door. I had my car stolen, ended up being recovered. But the thieves stole my house keys, so I quickly wanted my locks changed at my house. I gave spinello a call and they were there at my house within 15min of the call. All during this Covid 19 situation going on, so I really appreciated it!

Was locked out of my car towards the end of a work day thought I was going to have to wait till the following morning but Nancy managed to find someone and they were there with in 30 minutes. Great family owned business that take pride in their business. 5 stars!!!
