I went for an 80 minute deep tissue massage and had Caleb as my therapist. The spa is really welcoming and clean, with a lounge/appointment waiting area, as well as a locker room with showers and a steam room that I used before and after my massage. The massage room was super peaceful and the table and face cradle were comfy. Caleb was super attentive with adjusting the table heating and the pressure of the massage. He’s an excellent therapist and I felt so blissed out after my trip.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my partner who had an absolutely disastrous experience because the masseur used gloves throughout the massage and when asked the reason for using gloves told my partner that he had a cut on his hand. If you have a cut that requires to be covered by a glove, that is a safety hazard and you should not be massaging someone in the first place! Above all, the glove smelled terrible and the sensation was very bad. You do not spend upwards of $150 for a 50 minute massage to only get a sub stand... read more

I visited this place last year and was repeatedly touched inappropriately by the masseuse. He giggled and pretended it was accidental, but proceeded to do it repeatedly. I complained when I left and the person at the front desk seemed concerned, but I was never contacted for information.
