RecommendedFound this place through Google. Not sorry about this place at all. Everyone is friendly, the stylist I had was great. She took her time with me as far as talking about the haircut I wanted. It was great. Would recommend this place to everyone. Always look forward to going back when I am in Florida.

Awful customer service. Went in to buy a hair product and one of their employees gave me the wrong product. I went in to do a simple exchange, and the manager refused. Don't ever buy products from their store, because they will not fix a mistake they made themselves.

Thank you for your feedback. You have not received a service in our location for over six months. Like any other business, we require a proof of purchase for your product. When we asked for your receipt, you could not provide. You never purchased product from our location (per our computer software), which is why we cannot assist you any further.
