I had a minor job of reinstalling loose and pulling away fascia trim along a high peak. It's suggested to call around to get estimates, which I did. I wanted to deal local because I know it will take more time to get to my house and put up a ladder than the job will take. One local company couldn't be bothered. Another local company I sent pictures to and said that it shouldn't be a problem and they would be out in a day or two. Only roofing company that actually identified the true cause of the small flat‑roof leak. They completed the replacement at a fair, reasonable price. This was part of an insurance claim, and they were extremely accommodating with the estimate and paperwork so everything matched what the insurer needed.
