3 stars only because DR Nahed is great but man! That staff is so rude and incompetent. After they mess up they blame you for it. He needs to change his staff immediately. Rude over the phone, even more rude in person and also incompetent, messed up the orders, messes up referals, he deserve better staff and even more so his patients. I usually dont name names so I won't name names right now but if nothing changes if they rude to me again, I'm sure they gonna be, I will drop a name. 1 lady is ok but its the other one.
