Years ago M & R was called to fix my father's furnace. It was something simple and he wasn't charged. I never forgot that and when I needed a furnace replaced I called M & R. Since then we added Central Air which was a god sent on these hot Central NY days. Over the weekend the air stopped working. I called this morning for service and by this afternoon they came and fixed it. Thank you John for the promptness and knowledge. He explained everything he was doing. He was quick and efficient. Now we are enjoying a cool home.
This company called me back quickly and scheduled an appointment, called first thing in the morning and arrived 45 minutes later. John, the technician, was thorough, personable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The service call cost was very reasonable. My air conditioning is working and I will use this company again when is needed for heating or air conditioning. Thank you, M&R! Great service at a great price!

Called to have my furnace looked at as it was not working. 3 days later still no return call from "mack" with a time for a repair. Total waste of time to call. After reading the rest of the reviews it's probably better to call elsewhere for repair services. I sure won't be recommending m&r to anyone.
