Cannot recommend M&R enough. They’re experts, professional and they care about their customers. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
We had a complete loss of heat on the weekend and called their office. We got to return phone call within minutes. The technician showed up and found the problem and we were up and running and no time. If he was more than reasonable considering it was a weekend emergency.
I have had m and r for a hot water and furnace replacement..they are prompt..professional.. courteous..their staff is phenomenal.. they get the job done and are helpful ...to say we are pleased is beyond words..we had mike and Rob as installers..they are awesome hard working..Tony made sure it was done promptly and smooth as can be..I highly recommend m and r heating..thx
Always responds to Maintenance calls and emergencies but do think the price increase was a little high! Especially since I have been a regular customer for many years and they replaced both my furnace and A/C.
