Called to have my furnace looked at as it was not working. 3 days later still no return call from "mack" with a time for a repair. Total waste of time to call. After reading the rest of the reviews it's probably better to call elsewhere for repair services. I sure won't be recommending m&r to anyone.
Very nice people from the first phone call to schedule an appointment. They were right on time called and told me they were on there way very nice and the service was great and took care of my furnace.
We called M&R one of the furnaces in the two apartment building stopped working the landlord was quoted $1,000.00 to repair both furnaces they seen a small hole in the pipe to the chimney and he purposely made the hole extremely larger the service fee was paid and was asked him to leave we called in a private contractor the man repaired our furnace for $75 as I stated earlier in the post only one furnace was down and they tried claiming both furnaces were down I would not recommend M&R
