Amy was great! She was super helpful throughout the entire renting process, and always did what she could to help us. She even fought for my roommates and I to be able to obtain a lease when we were 19 and 20!
Me and two other girls had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with leasing agent, Amy Hunter, assigned to show us a unit on Hector Street in Conshohocken. She assured the three of us that we would be able to move in by August 1st and claimed she would get back to us that night or the following morning to begin the application process immediately. I usually don’t write online reviews, but I want to share this disappointing experience. We lived in a townhouse for a year, and after moving out, we were charged about $200 from our security deposit for replacing 18 burnt-out light bulbs—nearly half the bulbs in the house. This is impossible, as we didn’t notice any burnt-out bulbs when we left. Among the bulbs, three were LED bulbs from a single ceiling light fixture.
