I usually don’t write online reviews, but I want to share this disappointing experience. We lived in a townhouse for a year, and after moving out, we were charged about $200 from our security deposit for replacing 18 burnt-out light bulbs—nearly half the bulbs in the house. This is impossible, as we didn’t notice any burnt-out bulbs when we left. Among the bulbs, three were LED bulbs from a single ceiling light fixture. Denied me without a credit check
A property manager that doesn't like to manage the properties.. Dealt with many property managers over my time and this has to be the most unprofessional and contentious company. Just look at their responses to bad reviews... Personally dealt with two separate instances of them withholding my security deposit well after the law allows and was just told "its not a big deal," that they were holding onto my money.
