A property manager that doesn't like to manage the properties.. Dealt with many property managers over my time and this has to be the most unprofessional and contentious company. Just look at their responses to bad reviews... Personally dealt with two separate instances of them withholding my security deposit well after the law allows and was just told "its not a big deal," that they were holding onto my money. It’s a very lovely place but cannot afford 7800 to put down maybe 5500 then pay an extra 100 a month till paid include in the rent would be 2795 a month ?
Amy was incredibly attentive and actually listened to what I had to say. She genuinely had my interests in mind. I appreciated that.
