M Property Management has been consistently unprofessional and unreliable throughout my tenancy. They charge high rent while attempting to bill tenants for basic maintenance issues that are clearly their responsibility. Over the winter, my pipes burst due to freezing temperatures and inadequate insulation. Instead of addressing the problem, Brian — the so‑called maintenance supervisor — tried to make me pay for the damage as if I owned the building. Upon inquiring about a property on 5xxx ridge (landlord seemed discriminative don’t apply), the energy was great! As soon as the application fee was paid which was $75, I had to literally chase the rep down to get an update on the status of my application that again , I paid $75 for! I get schedules, folks get busy , but follow up is just as important AFTER as it is before. I didn’t appreciate that. I asked for a call back and instead now , I was getting texted back. Terrible customer service man.
