Nathan Kiernan was a pleasure to work with and made moving into our apartment so easy. He was very responsive whenever I had any questions and was very prompt in addressing all my requests before moving in!
I would not recommend renting from this property management team, especially given the extremely high rent and poor living conditions. I pay over $2,000 per month, yet moved into an apartment that was clearly not properly cleaned or prepared. There was extensive dog hair throughout the unit and a strong odor, which I had to clean myself upon move‑in. This is unacceptable at this price point. Nate helped me get my property listed and rented in an amazing amount of time as I was on a time crunch. He was very responsive and would lay things out very simply on next steps as the process was on going. The company itself was very easy to work with and very friendly. Not one question or request I had went unanswered or unfulfilled. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property management company.
I have a friend who used to live at one of these M Property Services apartments in Lansdale and was just told that this property management company charged new fees (trash, landscaping) as well as back fees for those things that were previously free in the middle of people‘s leases. The law does not allow a landlord to make any changes to a lease until a lease is over.
