Nate helped me get my property listed and rented in an amazing amount of time as I was on a time crunch. He was very responsive and would lay things out very simply on next steps as the process was on going. The company itself was very easy to work with and very friendly. Not one question or request I had went unanswered or unfulfilled. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property management company.
I have a friend who used to live at one of these M Property Services apartments in Lansdale and was just told that this property management company charged new fees (trash, landscaping) as well as back fees for those things that were previously free in the middle of people‘s leases. The law does not allow a landlord to make any changes to a lease until a lease is over. M Property Services were great! Throughout the whole process they responded quickly and answered any questions/concerns we had. Would recommend!
I rented a freestanding 4br house from M Property Services with my girlfriend and two stepchildren from July 2024 through June 2025. We were reasonably happy with M Property for eleven months of our twelve-month lease. There were some ongoing issues but they seemed more related to the property owners being unwilling to do beyond-patchwork fixes than anything that M Property had control over.
