Amazing staff, they know everything and are willing to help you with any project. Their pricing is really reasonable too.
I bought a hard to find tub spout here. Turns out it was a terrible plastic part that they recommended to my wife. She bought it for $55 and it broke as soon as I installed it. Because they're not open on weekends/holidays, I had to wait until I had a day off work in order to return it. When I tried to return it, though it clearly had his store's inventory number on it, the unbelievably rude man behind the counter barked that he needed a receipt "for the federal guys" (probably getting an IRS audit ... They Know Everything, If You Have A Question, They Have The Answer!!! I've been going to M-One for about three years now and have never been anywhere that has nearly the knowledge or experience that these guys have. You can literally go in with a puzzled look on your face and a broken part and they will send you on your way with what you need and advice on how to fix it.
