They made me wait over 3-4 hours every time I would take my baby for his monthly appointment and shots. The physical exam was bad, they didn't check his eyes or ears or mouth just a quick look that lasts 2 min and they are done! They were supposed to prescribe formula for two months and the pharmacy tells me they just ordered one month that the doctor needs to make another order and another insurance process.They don't take your baby in when he is sick, you have to make an appointment all the time! It's ridiculous on the wait time when parents have appointments. Seriously 1hour to wait to be seen, that is the reason I do not come here and take them to the urgent care in Indian wells where I do know the doctors and the staff is way more friendlier. Wait time is less
Awful. No reminder calls. I've been waiting over an hour for a 3:40 appointment for just shots. Thank god it's not for an emergency. ER and Urgent care are quicker. We've been weighed in only and it's taken an hour and twenty minutes. It's ridiculous. Definitely do not recommend.
They take forever.. More than 2 hr wait..
