Priscilla did a fantastic job on my gel manicure! But my friend had the worst pedicure experience ever
I got a gel x set done by Monica today and she did an excellent job. She took the time to shape my nails which I really appreciated. I also had a great pedicure but unfortunately forgot to ask the tech what her name was. Very kind staff and very clean.
Worst Mani & Pedi ever!!! In and out in 45-50 minutes. Got home and had to touch up cuticles on both hands and feet.
what's the point of making an appointment if no one is available to 1. greet us shortly after we enter, or 2. do our nails in general??? my mom had an appointment for 1230 yet the only time we had staff interaction was someone kinda rudely telling her to pick her nail color 10 min after we had been there just waiting around. didn't seem like they were going to be done with other clients anytime soon either so again what's the point of being able to make appointments if you're not able to actually be seen at the time??
