what's the point of making an appointment if no one is available to 1. greet us shortly after we enter, or 2. do our nails in general??? my mom had an appointment for 1230 yet the only time we had staff interaction was someone kinda rudely telling her to pick her nail color 10 min after we had been there just waiting around. didn't seem like they were going to be done with other clients anytime soon either so again what's the point of being able to make appointments if you're not able to actually be seen at the time??

It was nice and relaxing in here and I thought the job on my nails was meticulously well done. It was a great deal also because they are doing a promotion at the moment :) I will also add that my nails were a train wreck before coming in because I am a lifelong nail biter, but I felt like a new person upon walking out!
