WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!! Property manager Eric constantly threatening to evict. Call their answering service with a maintenance request then Eric texts you with the techs phone number & tells you to call & set-up appointment. Told me that's how it's done here. Have been renting in Florida since 2002 & NEVER had to personally call the tech! HORRIBLE!!
While M&M rented us a BEAUTIFUL home in a great community. that's the only good thing I can say. They have awful customer service. our house was given to us dirty and horribly maintained. There are awful patch jobs throughout the home, water damage that was barely patched and painted over, our plumbing is awful, and they ignore all maintenance requests. I work in property management myself and would NEVER treat my clients or properties like this, I never send any clients their way.
