Very disrespectful and rude!
Absolute garbage of a human being! We rented the upstairs area from her at her office located at 703 Park Ave for 2 years. Any time something went wrong, such as ceiling leaks or water leaks, she would get mad and blame us even though these were issues that are out of the control of a renter. Just before Christmas of 2024, the hot water tank in the basement went bad, she refused to fix it for almost 3 months! We were blamed for that problem as well. She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. After renting from her for 2.5 years, she waited until we were on vacation to take someone into our apartment without notice, and then she sent a text stating we had 30 days to be out. In those 30 days, she flipped the breaker for our A/C and the hot water tank, and she turned down the temp on the other hot water tank.
