M&M was the subcontractor on my pool build through California Trademark Pool, and they exceeded every expectation. Derrick, the lead plumber/electrician, made it clear from day one that his priority was my satisfaction. M&M pool construction did a amazing job at my house. They did all the pool equipment and all the electrical they did an amazing job even when they were done Kevin showed me how to take care of the pool and he did a real thorough job and he's even still answering a few questions that I have even after months of it being installed. I want to thank this company for our Pool repair. I think the price was very fair for the amount of time spent on the work. Derrick and the whole crew were professional, helpful and respectful. Derrick answered all our questions and always ask if there was anything else they could do to help. I would highly recommend this this company.
I used them for cleaning and maintenance for years. The pool guy who serviced the pool was fine. The office and communication was abysmal.
I highly recommend this business! My wife and I recently bought a house with a broken pool pump. I reached out to receive a quote to replace the pump, upgrade the filter, and convert the pool to a salt cell. Kevin their Service Manager came out to inspect the existing system. He was professional and able to answer all of our questions. We were then provided a detailed quote. The owner Mike was available to discuss any questions we had and answered promptly.
