Horrible customer service from the receptionist to the nurses attending. Waiting times exceed 3 hrs. No sense of urgency or importance of care to the patient.
WORST ped office you can go to. The first time the pa forgot we were in the room & we waited 2+ hrs until i came out since it had been so long turns out they forgot & never came to tell me the results or if he was going to prescribe anything to my son, today i went it for the SECOND time all good i go in 5 minutes & after vitals i get asked to go to the exam room so i go & 30 min pass and i come out to ask if anyone will go since they forgot about us last time & said yes youre next about 40 min pass again & she comes in and ... read more
