We had a fantastic experience with our medical bed delivery today, thanks to Jonny, the driver. Despite the challenges of delivering to the Mission/Downtown area—where parking is virtually impossible—Jonny went above and beyond. Even though we missed his confirmation call, he still made every effort to ensure the delivery was completed. The adult premoistened wipes has been replaced by a much smaller container and the opening/closing port, has been eliminated. Obviously, they are paying a lot less from such a low quality product. However, the price that they are changing the health insurance plan, is the same. Shame on those managers of M and M. Also, the workers are very rude!

I called ahead and inquired if the items I wanted were available. The staff member confirmed availability and quoted the price. I said I would be over to pickup my order and it was ready when I arrived. Smooth transaction..

We received our order very fast. The delivery person JR was so nice! He waited patiently as it took me a minute to get to the door. He was polite and very professional. I was greeted with a smile. He asked me where I would like him to place the order. M&M is by far the BEST medical supply company. If I could give M&M more than 5 stars, I would. THANK YOU M&M medical for having such a nice, caring, and professional employees like JR delivering our medical supplies!!

The clerks at the office are unprofessional, worst customer service I ever had. Driver never call before delivery as I was told they would do. They just show up whenever they like.
