The Maintenance Person who came in to replace the toilet was so professional yet friendly...The job was big and he had to haul everything up and down the steps...At the end of the job absolutely EVERYTHING was cleaned up...I was so appreciative of not having to do any cleanup... After reading the reviews, I’m not sure I even want to apply with them. I’ve been calling the office nonstop, and nobody answers the phone. Instead, you’re directed straight to AI. They seem very unprofessional, and I’m not sure I would feel comfortable trusting them with my personal information.
Living at shady view for over a year and it has been great. Management is very helpful and my apartment is cozy.
