I had a minor issue that I needed addressed on my way to work. It took them less than a minute, and they didn't charge me a dime. It's one of the many reasons I have taken my vehicles to them since 1992. That is not a typo. They are honest and fair, and will not upsell you on anything just to make money. Yes, sometimes it seems like the prices are going to set you back, but you truly get what you pay for. You want quality? Come here. Since 1992, I have been a satisfied customer.

Very disappointed in Chip’s lack of professionalism and customer service. We enjoy supporting small business, but we will never bring our cars back to this place. It was made evident our business is not valued and we can just take it or leave it. This defensiveness was a result of miscommunication on Chip’s end and no desire to right this wrong or provide a viable solution. I never take my car anywhere else. Dealerships will rip you off but here they'll honestly tell you what you do and don't need and charge a fair price.

Great, honest service by good people. They're honest and the prices are more than fair. I've been going to them for years and will continue to as long as I live in the area. Everyone should use these guys!
