Started off well. I was intitally pleased. But insisted on intermidiate payment. Then didn't return calls and come back to complete the remaining work. Very disappointed over all.

I just had John from M & M over to do some weather-stripping and repair some cracks in the house. He was prompt and efficient and did a quality job. He was also able to help me with some unrelated electrical work. I'm bookmarking this link in case I need to call him for anything else!

M&M replaced my weather-beaten, wooden porch. I was impressed with the attention to detail more than anything else. The project was completed to my satisfaction, ahead of schedule, but more importantly, under budget.

I had scheduled an appoint with M&M and they never showed up. They never called to tell me that they were not going to make it. I had to call them and reschedule for the following day. I confimed the meeting twice before the next scheduled time and once again they did not show up nor did they call me to tell me they were not going to show up, even after telling me they were on their way to my house. I wasted over 3 hours just waiting for them.
