I have to give credit where credit is due. I purchased a Marlin 60 from M&M Guns & Supply in St Peters Missouri. The Marlin 60 had Manfacturing defect so M&M Guns & Supply gsve me a new one. The new one also had a Manfacturing defect. I wasn't a happy camper. The owner at M&M Guns & Supply took the second one back gave me complete refund. That is customer service. I will give him more of my business. Starting with buying a 10/22.
Picked up my online order and received the best customer service I've ever experienced in years. Mike and his daughter were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I smiled all the way to my car. I look forward to doing business with them again.
I've never had a bad experience with these guys, and gal since I started frequenting their shop. They have become my favorite local gun store and I do all my ffl transfers through them. I've brought friends and family into their store and will continue to do business with them.
I may look everywhere else, but I Buy here. Knowledgeable, courteous and honest.
