Great for Guys too Whenever I go for a haircut, the place is full of women of all ages. But I don't mind because my haircuts are always top-notch. My hair is coarse and grows in many different directions, but you would never it when I leave. A great cut and a little "product" and I am good to go. I think the price is fine and everyone there is quite pleasant.
Small, But Personal M. Louis is a small salon tucked in the Publix mall. The stylists are personable and listen. However, they recommend the styles and treatments that are best for you ! I have a favorite stylist, but I'm not sharing; she might get too busy and I want be able to get in when I want to (smile). The salon is under new ownership and undergoing some shop upgrades. However, it is not glitzy and remains a comfortable atmosphere to relax while having your hair, nails and make-up done.
was very disappointed the way my hair was done not at all what i was looking for after she was done was told it was a test HU!!!!!never had a hair stylist say that to me before" very expensive test" when i called to express my disappointment no aplogy,sorry u were unhappy,what can we do to fix it NOTHING! very poor customer service. went to a salon in Bunnell for many yr's she was great unfortuatly she had to move up north. having a hard time finding someone as good as her
As a very busy working mom, I so appreciate the late and weekend hours that Louann offers. My family and I have been coming here for 13 years and have never been disappointed.

Read my post. Well, as a update, I had written a post, but its been deleted. I'm not writing the whole thing again, but after the treatment of my wife,who came in for a pedicure, about how bad you think her HAIR (not her toes) is and how her stylest did a horrible job and how you can fix the " ugly". By the time we left, my wife was in tears over the treatment by your staff. And then your response in justifying everything off of my post was just another piece.
