I lived at this apartment building for 13 months. The amenities and apartment units at this property are amazing. However, my rating reflects the management at the property. Unfortunately, the tower was designed with only two elevators, including the elevator used for moving. We were only rarely informed when elevator reservations were made, and waits for the elevator could take a long time. I have lived in this building since May 2019. I remember reading a few bad posts about people having their cars broken into, bikes stolen and didn’t think to much of it as people always complain. I’ve been renting my entire life and never had any major issues. I wish my year had been like any other but it was a disaster. I’ve had my car window smashed for no reason (nothing in sight and nothing was taken) while parked in the gated area, multiple packages stoles from outside my apartment door when concierge package pickup w... read more
