Worst than the landlords (milevoi's) is the systems that uphold them and their flagrant disregard for housing laws.... this includes the City of New York, HPD, the Judges and the Department of Buildings... Smh... even the laziness displayed in the fake reviews are demonstrative of what is like to deal with the owns/management office staff and their incompetent supers/maintenance workers.
Do yourself a favor by not renting from this company. The level of unprofessionalism and nastiness is unprecedented.
I dropped off all my Documents , and my Roommate Documents ,along with the Rent application and $130 Cash payment for a Credit Report They lost all my Documents …… Bank Statements ….. with Bank Accounts , Social , ID’s , Work letters , Pay Stubs , Landlord letter , Rent Receipts , W-2 forms from last year of 2023 Basically all my info and my Roommate info was “lost “ I handed all the documents along with the cash payment of $130 to the Super …… but now Nor the super or Owner of the Building is taking accountability of the Pr... read more
