I have been using their services for over 20 years, and I have never had a complaint. My cars have received the best of care, and lasted for a long time because of my good mechanics.
I just bought an Audi A8 L from M & I Imports and I'm very happy with my experience. Joel was a pleasure to deal with. He is very straight forward, and I like that a lot. I went to look at the car one day, took it to my mechanic for an inspection the next day, and then bought it. I recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from M&L Imports and i have to say the service was outstanding. I am going through a divorce and my credit rating is VERY poor and not only were they able to get me approved but in the car i came in to get. Louis and Tony were aincredible salesman a well as the Finance MGR Robert. True story i bought a car from these guys when no one could help me they got me approved. Im cuerently in a chapter 13 and every other dealer was giving me the run around but these guys did thw leg work for me. They taljed ro my lawyer faxed everything over and all i did was sit back. The next thing you know i was approved for a car loan. These guys got me done. I even got to choose my car they didnt have what i wanted so they went and got it. Recently bought a car from M&L Imports. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They gave me above average for my trade-in and made the transaction very simple and speedy. Gino, one of the owners worked with me the whole time and Luis in financing wasn't pushy when I told him I was gonna use my own bank for financing. Sometimes people worry about going to a smaller dealership, but these guys are first class, they have great prices and a good inventory. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
These guys made my dream come true. I went in there not even considering driving away with my dream car. They made it possible! I went in there worried and knowing that I'm probably not going to get my dream car, to driving away with a 2005 Ford Mustang Convertible! :-) These guys are amazing and I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has been denied by multiple dealerships. I had a great experience with M & L Imports and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I had been looking for a new car for quite a while and came across their website. When I went in to M & L to test drive a Ford Taurus, I fell in love with a Cadillac SRX instead.
