I’ve gotten Botox several times now, and this is the first time I’ve truly felt heard and respected in the process. Dr. Schaefer is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and refreshingly honest. I came in expecting to receive around 40 units or more based on past experience, but she ended up doing just 25. I could tell she knew exactly what was best, even without overexplaining. Dr Schaeffer and her incredible staff: Amber Jamie, Brin, and Brent have literally made my migraines non-existent! They truly have the best customer service as they are gracious, and so patient and kind going out of their way to answer my questions. They are one of those rare doctor’s offices which make you feel welcome, cared about, and they go out of their way to accommodate their patients!

I've been going to Dr.Schaefer for many years now. I get Botox shots for my Migraines. Also, had some cosmetic procedures done there. Love the staff. I've had no problems! Highly recommend her!
