If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst experience with a lender ever! They are very unprofessional and don't get back to people. I started the refinance process with them and provided them will ALL the documentation they repeatedly asked for (short of a urine sample). They took so long getting back to me that my rate expired and they could not tell me whether I was approved or not.
