We would highly recommend M and K Home Sales. They have been such a great company to work with. Everyone in sales and service has been very helpful. The home was completed right on schedule and the service crew was out immediately for anything we needed. We are so happy with the quality of our home and enjoyed the amount of choices we had throughout the design process.

Purchased a new modular home in late 2023 and have been extremely satisfied and happy with our decision to go with M & K Sales. They looked after all our concerns and responsibilities before taking possession. Any issues since taking possession have been addressed immediately by Dave or James. Top notch business and team to deal with.
