I am deeply sorry to write this review. I was given the name of Kathy the owner of M&Ho ought of several I chose them. They appeared to be honest, competent and helpful. After having my unit, they installed, for a year and a half I experienced difficulty. My new unit was not cooling. I have a Platinum Maintenance contract with M and K Heating. I have a hydronic Aquatherm system which is not a common system. I had a problem after a new water heater was installed with the heat exchanger in the Aquatherm system. Michael and Orlando quickly identified the problem and were able to completely resolve the issue. Because of the maintenance contract, I was not charged a penny. M&K Heating and Cooling Services did a really bad install with many code violations being broken back when my AC unit was installed by them in 2011. I only just found this out because I posted for AC troubleshooting help on the internet and people were going crazy over the code violations and safety issues in the video I made of the unit. M&K Heating and Cooling Services also came by in 2017 and didnt acknowledge the issues nor inform us of these issues.
