Terrible first impression! I needed an electrician for a small job and called for an appointment. The young man had to check with his supervisor to see if they could handle the request. He left me on hold for 10 minutes!! I'm certain that he was hoping that I would get tired of waiting and hang up. But I didn't! Finally he returned and told me that no, they don't have an electrician at this time for service calls. I asked why they promoted it on their website and he didn't really have a good answer.
