I called to tell them my problem with my mower,he said exactly what was wrong,how to fix the problem and I did.He could have easily had us bring the mower in and charge us for something we could easily fix.I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your honesty and help over the phone.Our lawn is done!!!!!!!
I called to get some information on having my lawn mower tuned up because they advertise they have a mobile service where they will come to you. The guy who answered the phone was very grumpy and not cooperative saying that they were not open right now. I live in the West End and like to keep my service local. Based on the grumpy old man on the phone I will contact another repair service. Skip past this guy and call the next one on the list!
