I do not recommend this place. My doctor's office faxed my order for compression stockings to them twice. M & J Medical Supply,Ravenna would not return my calls, nor my doctor's office calls. When I stopped in they were not helpful and made me feel like I was bothering them. They are a waste of time. Poor customer service. I wish I could give them minus one star.
Always so helpful
Have had several occasions where I needed medical supplies and have always found this business to be of the highest quality and service to my needs. Always helpful and attempt to assess and fulfill my needs. A group of caring individuals I've come to rely on. I live in Michigan, which is approx. 300 miles from their office, but they meet and exceed my desires and needs so I continue to seek their help.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Highly recommend this company.
