Vistera is becoming a beautiful community! The builders in here are doing a phenomenal job. I am biased towards M/I Homes -- the Amelia model is stunning and the building quality is outstanding. Dan, Joe, and Ty truly know how to treat their customers right! The amenity center is lavishly planned and I am eager to use the pool, gym, and firepits while the nights are still chilly here in Florida.
Dan and Joe are fantastic with customer service — they are always friendly and helpful, and have been since day 1. Ty, the construction manager, made sure everything was done to perfection. He always goes the extra mile. The community is absolutely beautiful, and I'm so excited to be a part of it. Highly recommend these great and trustworthy people!
Beautiful Neighborhood with great builders. M/I Homes is a national builder in 17 different markets. They have great some great floorplans.
