Don't go with this builder unless you want to have a hard time getting them to honor the warranty. Their sub A's plumbing told me I wasn't covered under warranty because I was past the two years . When I explained I wasn't they came up with another reason why.Shady business with bad customer service. MI won't help at all with the situation. Raw sewage smell coming from the pipes.
