Don’t buy here. We loved our home and we do love the layout and everything but the finishes are awful. We have floors that are cracking because something was left under the LVP. We were told not to paint for the first year and we decided to anyways and now we know why. Paint peeling off where we taped because it wasn’t primed or painted correctly and then when we submitted the warranty they questioned if we did it correctly. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from M/I Homes. Numerous issues have arisen in our and our neighbors homes and it has been a nightmare dealing with Tim and getting someone to come out to fix issues that should be covered under our warranty. We love our neighbors but we would have never moved into our home had we known the quality of house we’d end up with.

We have been in our new home for just over 3 months now and are absolutely loving it. Our home is stunning and view just as stunning; we couldn't be happier with our new home. Tim and Taylor have been a pleasure to work with before and after the build of our home. They are very kind, attentive and willing to answer any questions we have. We also have some pretty amazing neighbors.
