⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a Realtor, I have had the opportunity to sell many new construction homes from different builders, and I can honestly say that M/I Homes has been one of the best. The home inspection on my most recent transaction was the cleanest inspection report I have ever received. In fact, the inspector told me that in his 20 years of experience, this was one of the most complete and best-built homes he had inspected. Avi Reddy was a lifesaver during my home buying process. I walked in wanting to see a couple different layouts, not expecting much, and Avi was more than ready to show me those options. However, I wasn’t in love with any of the first three and mentioned this. My parents and I decided to go look at homes and was connected with sales person Avi Reddy. He is very knowledgeable and makes the daunting process of home purchasing a breeze. He took his time to explain the processes and constantly checked in with us as we navigated the stressful paperwork process.
