I bought one of their model homes. During the summer, there is a 20-30°F difference in temperature from the finished basement to the 2nd floor. In this "EnergySTAR" home, I run space heaters all summer long in the finished basement while the air conditioning runs to get the differential down to 10-15°F. To top it off, when I first bought it, there was a huge area of an external wall that was missing insulation.
