This experience has been fantastic! I've never had a new build, but I actually found it enjoyable rather than the nightmares you here. M/I Homes sets their standards so high, and they achieve every aspect! Absolutely everyone I've dealt with in this company is top notch! Exceptional experience from start to finish!!!
We priced out a new home build with a basement at Sage Brook West on 3/18/26 and also wanted to add an additional garage. Our sales consultant has been excellent throughout the process and has done everything he could to support us. Unfortunately, many answers and approvals had to come from the corporate team, which caused delays outside of his control. I’ll spare you the details (too many to list) but I feel the sales associate lied and tried to manipulate us. It’s been 3 months living here. I’ve had the cops called on me by unknown neighbor because I went to several houses looking for a package worth around $300 that was delivered to an address that doesn’t exist on our street. It was my daughter’s Christmas present so I was gong to attempt to not lose her Christmas present.
