Terrible experience from start to finish. The quality of construction and materials was far below what was promised. Numerous issues arose that should never have occurred in a newly built home, and the builder showed little interest in correcting them. They do not stand behind their work or honor the expectations they set during the sales process. What an AWFUL company, our development (Honeycutt Farms in Holly Springs) is currently under board control and managed by PPM Raleigh. None of these parties uniformly enforce the rules, which is extremely frustrating to those of us who are following them. I talk to other neighbors, I am not the only one who is frustrated. They refuse to rectify situations where rules have been broken. We have been dealing with Kristen Schmidt, Stacey Owen and Brooke Tidwell at PPM Raleigh regarding fencing on our easement. Please do not go with MI homes. Zero transparency. We signed a contract in Legacy collection, Friendship Station Apex and contract said Olive Farm Road, Apex 27523. We are just days apart from closing, they are saying that your home address is going to change to Olive Farm Road, New Hill. They are saying we will return deposit, we wasted money on inspection, waiting time of 4 months.
