Greenspoint in Seguin is wonderful and serene and MI homes had an outstanding sales delivery person in Christine Jujasz., She actually kept in touch with me for seven or eight months and called me when The timing was perfect. I also want to applaud Wes Sibery For his attention on every aspect of the walk-through prior to closing .the entire Process of purchase was most professional, and we are extremely happy in our new home. My partner and I appreciated the M/I Homes sales rep, Ricky, at this location, he answered all questions thoroughly and if he did not have an answer he asked and was able to get back to us in a timely manner. We did not purchase a home through M/I but we appreciated their transparency, personable service, and communication. We will look to them for home buying opportunities in the future if needed.
The M/I experience was ELITE! The moment we met, Steven and engaged in conversation we knew, Steven was Proud of and Dedicated to selling the community. With that being said, Steven started showing us properties and talking us through the different plans and processes ongoing. As the O’Neals can be a bit difficult and selfish in a kind way.
