It was not an easy decision to leave my home of 26 years and move to Seguin in order to be closer to my son and his wife. The MI neighborhood of Greenspoint Heights is a great location. I’m about five minutes from my kids and approximately ten minutes from grocery stores, doctors, and places to shop. I found a floor plan that I love through many visits with Christine checking out various plots of land and finished models. Greenspoint in Seguin is wonderful and serene and MI homes had an outstanding sales delivery person in Christine Jujasz., She actually kept in touch with me for seven or eight months and called me when The timing was perfect. I also want to applaud Wes Sibery For his attention on every aspect of the walk-through prior to closing .the entire Process of purchase was most professional, and we are extremely happy in our new home.
